ARTISAN DISCRICT The Artisan District is shaping up nicely with the start of two new homes and the fish pond is at full pool. The fish pond is a great asset to Oak Grove, which gives us a unique addition to our green space. No other subdivision can boast such an asset. Future plans call for stocking the pond and landscaping. The new homes are keeping in the tradition of Oak Grove featuring hardwood floors, granite countertops, great porches, fantastic master suites and attention to detail. These are 3 and 4 bedroom homes on corner lots with a sales price of $310,000. We welcome everyone to come by the model home and take a look at our inventory.

Recipe of the Month We will be featuring a “Recipe of the Month”. The idea is to eventually have an Oak Grove Cook Book. We will be looking for special things, for example: if the recipe has been a great family favorite; or you take it to football games; or use it at the holidays; or back yard cookouts.
