Oak Grove Builders and Winhaven Homes have begun six new floor plans in Oak Grove’s new Artisan District. All six homes are already weeks into construction.
Oak Grove Builders currently has three homes under construction priced from $295,000 to $340,000. Two one level homes feature a large master suite and two car garage. Both are perfect for a family looking to downsize or even a young family looking for their first home. The third floor plan is located on a large corner lot with a detached two car garage. It features a master down with two bedrooms and an unfinished bonus area upstairs.
Winhaven Homes also has three homes under construction in the Artisan District. These three homes are the first Winhaven has built here in Oak Grove. All three floor plans are large spacious homes with a master down and prices from the 260s to the 280s. The Charleston floor plan will feature a front and back porch, two story great room, three bedrooms and an upstairs bonus area.
